🔍 All-New Opportunity Search
The opportunity search just got a major upgrade with a brand new List Search mode alongside the existing map view.
Switch between Map and List views with a single click — use the map when you want to explore geographically, or flip to the list when you want to filter and browse methodically.
Powerful new filters in List Search:

• Region & State— Narrow down by region (Northeast, Midwest, South, West) or pick specific states

• Google Review Score— Find properties within a review score range (e.g., only 3.5–4.5 star businesses)

• Google Review Count— Filter by how many reviews a business has

• No Website— Surface businesses that don't have a website yet

• Unclaimed Only— Find Google listings the owner hasn't claimed

Big-player filtering — Major self-storage brands (Public Storage, Extra Space Storage, CubeSmart, U-Haul, and 30+ others) are now automatically excluded from your search results, so you see the independent owners that matter. You can toggle them back in anytime.

👨‍💻 Smarter Skip Tracing with Skip Sherpa
We've added Skip Sherpa as a new data provider, giving you more coverage when skip tracing property owners.
Better contact categorization — Contacts are now labeled by their role:

• Owner— The property owner

• Registered Agent— The business's registered agent

• Associated Person— Other people connected to the property

Contact age — When available, you'll now see the contact's age alongside their other details, helping you qualify leads more effectively.
Clearer feedback — When a skip trace completes but finds no contacts, you'll see a helpful message instead of an empty panel.
